Our Ultra-Z design is hot formed of a special Zink alloy called ZAMAK #3, a long way from "pot metal". This alloy has Zink, Aluminum, Magnesium and Kopper (e.g. German) for excellent finishing and corrosion resistance. This base metal is much lower in cost but delivers a great product. Our Ultra-Z license plate frame is available in 3 finishes; Chrome; Non-Scratching Gold; Non-Scratching Black Pearl
